Five Year Drill Down

The purpose of this document is to clearly demonstrate the account of events of 2020 - 2025 that have been otherwise disregarded During these five years, I was involved in, what I can only call an economic hate crime. The crime was prevented from report and investigation. 

The incident targeted those in close proximity to the narcotics industry and, maintained a private lease and full-time job. It also centered around small businesses and their four year life expectancy. My business, Reflex Accounting Services, LLC, was removed without notice, following that, lead an impossible pitfall of fraud and staged crime.

Vulnerabilities and risk as it applies to one, now stand true for all, with regards to my health and personal security. With no actual method of disclosure to be used and accepted publicly, I used lifestyle changes to my economic status, as well as unintended changes to my health during that time, to drill down into the cause of this environmental response.

Cognition Hacks

Methamphetamine and stimulant -based drug users are being targeted for remote extortion and extended cognitive testing. When offered the opportunity to assess the last tagged, they chose to develop a combination of  automated responses, actors, and simulated arguments  to replay repeatedly in the center of the subjects head. 

The owner that was originally traced to the device owning the stimulus, confessed to being the same person that remotely tagged and ran a unique learning program that countered every action ,word, and response with a retort. This pattern perfecting itself over time, causing all sensory and motor functions to hiccup in daily routine.

Coincidently, the feed was accompanied by those who had the ability to join the men in a digital space that was developed at a volume and pace that only, they can access. 

When used to its advantage, they devised a controller that shifted between gaming and emotional responses and, heightened the shift in perspective. Not only did you have to go through the above, but you had to feel the reactions as expressed by the host, that usually matched a dark or perverse nature. Imaging the connection, a unique line built over multiple channels and voice products, that allows a host to interact with its user.  

                                                                                            

  Virtual Awareness

Warnings, violators of this nature have been known to hide across multiple private lines or networks, encouraging repeat offenses. The ability to sense something new, performing beyond the restrictions of everyday life, can be addicting. When assessing the emotional response of a dual connection, it was discovered that some of them were unaware that they were even connected. 

Some had them used as servants, security and, even escorts. They would be unaware of the changes that they original owner and developer would manipulate from their homes and offices. Many did not realize that they were walking around in the newest blackface, while staging arrests and dispute as if it was trade.

The development can take up to six months to two years and have ranged from public opinion and emotional intelligence to drug distribution and sensory trafficking. Attachments and accessories have been demonstrated as: virtual elastic bands, augmented hand sets, grip controllers, skin segmentation, and undetectable microsensors. 

There was no definable moment where the Victim or Host, comes out in front of the Phantom User.

Medical Risk and Concerns

Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD) is a condition where the brain has difficulty receiving and responding to sensory information, leading to challenges in daily activities.

Disturbed sensory perception is a nursing diagnosis that refers to a change in the amount or patterning of incoming stimuli accompanied by a diminished, exaggerated, distorted, or impaired response to such stimuli.

Shifts in sensory perception The brain's ability to shift between sensory perception and internal mental representations is a fundamental aspect of cognitive functioning. This process involves the brain's neural networks, which are recruited for both external and internal attention. Recent research has shown that the brain can switch between these two.

Equipment and connections that are left on, can lead to life changing outcomes. Over the three years, I experienced forced use of vocal cords, hearing, and reception that was intentionally avoided cognitive suppression.  I also experienced digital burns and skin thinning, with notices that my throat may collapse.

Public threats in the form of burglary, assault, family, friends and career came in ripples over the course of the past decade. While statements such as, "your still alive," were whispered at me. 

  

BLACK DATA CON

An ongoing attempt to avoid detection and correction while seeking opportunity from data outlets not commonly used. The event usually goes unnoticed due to the broad online presence and the research, that often requires a bit more privacy.  The controls are self-explanatory, please only use what is on the internet for medical and delivery confirmations. The parameters that governed the last event should be used for this one, and  anything that falls outside of the event, will be present in both live demonstration based on time spent or, will be heard over the phone based on access still given and, then will be explained by the person on, in the order that it came in with. 

Brandon D. Clifton acknowledges a start date of March 1, 2022, with a tentative update to include delivery of installations on 12/31/2020, and an update on June 30, 2021, in Brooklyn, NY. These dates are based on Brandon's testimony, which has assumed all parties that were able to get in touch with him over the four years. 

Any delay in timing was due to unforeseen, unconventional, and unfortunate trail of events. All events stemmed from external influences, just no party knows all of those that were involved during that time. The information  and account was taken last from Brandon's former address in both East Harlem and Suffolk County.

Personal Contributions

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) - is the ability to understand, use, and manage your own emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges, and diffuse conflict. It encompasses the capacity to perceive, use, understand, manage, and handle emotions. High EI contributes to better relationships, effective communication, and improved problem-solving skills.
